Okay, so it's been quite a while since I first got this account and, since then, I haven't updated this profile at all. Mostly because I forgot about the account for a while, lost my password, and forgot which email I'd used to create it, therefore making it impossible for me to get back in here. But I have now and, even though I haven't posted here in quite a while, I plan on doing so once I can get all of the stories I want to post sorted out. So first things first for this new profile - let me explain the pen name.
I used to be big on roleplaying, especially back when I first got this account. Miranda Chandreux was, and may be again in the future, a roleplaying character of mine and for a reason I can't remember now, I decided to use that name for all the online accounts I was acquiring - Photobucket, an email account I've since deleted, FF.net, etc. It seemed like a really good idea at the time and I ran with it. Since then, I've stopped using Miranda as a character, but I still use the name for accounts occasionally and I don't intend to stop.
To those who have been reading Le Sang est Meilleur que le Chocolat, I have an apology to make. I've had access to this account again since about June or July of '08 and in that time, one would think that I'd had plenty of time to update at least once. Sadly, I've almost completely dropped out of the CatCF fandom for various reasons and on top of that, I'm really not sure where I'd originally intended to go with this particular fic. However, I will do what I can to pick up the pieces I left behind and continue with the story. The writing styles may be drastically different because of how much I've grown as a writer since I last updated that fic, but I hope you can all still enjoy it.
Now for the disclaimer. Everything I post here, with the exception of any original characters I may mention in the stories themselves, belong to the owners/creators of the worlds I am writing in. For the time being, this includes Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Doctor Who, and Torchwood. Care has been taken to stick to the original canon as much as possible, but as always, there will most likely be a few slip-ups here and there. I apologize for these in advance and, if you happen to notice any, please let me know. It may be something I am willing to fix. Specific to Le Sang est Meilleur que le Chocolat - any resemblance to existing vampire legends/mythology is purely coincidental and no harm or offence was meant, as I did my best to insure that the vampires in this story are as original as they can be.
