When I first found this site, I never dreamed that it would become so useful or produce wonderful friendships that I hope will last a lifetime! We support each other through writing and in our personal lives and the only downside is that most of us live far away from each other. But I hope that in time we'll all be able to meet one way or another.
I started writing fan fiction before I even knew what it was, having gotten an idea from a post on a "Days of Our Lives" message board when the fans of Jack and Jennifer were frustrated with the lack of story lines for such a wonderful couple. Someone made a suggestion which sparked an idea and my first story was born. Then later came multiple stories for "One Life to Live" when again I was frustrated with the lack of story lines for the couple of Michael and Marcie. And when I decided to try my hand at writing a "Monk" story, someone suggested that I post my story on this site.
Over time I found that I enjoyed writing fan fiction and it has become something of a hobby (albeit an obsessive one because, since I write everything long-hand, I write EVERYWHERE), and I have branched out into shows like "Frasier" and "Seinfeld" as well as several movies and other TV shows. I always enjoy reading the comments that people are kind enough to leave and I try to write my stories so that it's not necessary to watch the show in question by providing some background. But for those who do watch the shows, I like to keep things in character as much as possible, although sometimes it's fun to steer away from the "norm."
With an abundance of ideas, I have no plans to stop anytime soon and my goal is to one day find enough material to write an extremely long story that people will be happy to keep reading until they get to the end! But my ultimate goal at the moment is to finish all of the stories that I started back in 2012 and 2013 by the end of 2014 because I love the feeling that comes with finally finishing a story. Of course that most likely won't stop me from starting new ones! ;)
Thank you for visiting my site and I sincerely appreciate your taking the time to look through my long list of stories and even more so, taking the time to comment on them. BTW, I also have two other in-progress non-fan fiction stories posted on the sister site for this board under the name iloveromance1 I've kind of put them on indefinite hold but if you have any suggestions or ideas on how to continue them, feel free to send me a PM or post a review!
