Update time again! I've had a number of PMs lately about various stories, particularly 'Sky Goes To School'. Rest assured I have not abandoned them; I'm simply taking a break from actively writing fanfic - although I continue to read plenty of it!

And the reason is... I've decided to sidestep into writing historical fiction for publication on Amazon. I'm a historian, history is my first love, so there's a certain inevitability in this. All the more so since my series of novels is collectively known as the Trastámara Chronicles, and it was the very branch of the Trastamaras that I'm writing about that first fuelled my interest in history: Isabella and Ferdinand and their children, notably Juana 'the Mad' and Catherine of Aragon. The first book in the series, 'The Invisible Infanta', can be found on Amazon (all sites) under the name Elizabeth Toner. The second book, 'A House Divided', will be out at some point during the next year. If anyone picks 'Infanta' up, don't be shy about letting me know what you think, either through here, by review on Amazon, or through email.

Back to fandom matters... Because of this, I have less time for doing detailed beta work. I'm still prepared to beta for all my listed fandoms, but note that I can't offer to undertake line by line work - it'll very much be the region of general checking and commenting on plot and character.
