Greetings all,

My name is Richard Dale Reynolds, but you can call me Ric, Dick, or whatever that rocks your boat. I'm really not all that picky what name people label me with. Just don't try being obscene or offensive with the name calling, and we'll do just fine. It's kind of hard on instant messenger and in e-mails to tell when you'll kidding with this stuff, right? I knew you would understand.

Anyways, I live in the southeastern region of Kentucky in a county called Pike where a town Phyllis lies. Please, no hillbilly or redneck jokes .. Well, the redneck jokes are okay. Rednecks dwell everywhere, not just in the U.S. south.

And no, people from Kentucky aren't incest or whatever some may refer to us as due to speculations brought up by those nasty stereotypes. I'm as sexually normal as the next guy, despite my wearing of fingernail polish from time to time. I just like being expressive. No offense to homosexuals and the open-minded, yes? I hope so. If not, I'm sorry. I try being open-minded, myself, about everything.

Moving along with a few stats, I'm at the height of five feet, ten inches, currently weighing in at two hundred and forty-five pounds. I've been gaining weight of late, but plan on knocking it off real quick. Been up at this weight before and done it, and I'll do it again.

Getting back on track, I bare two blue eyes and a head full of curly brown hair. Right now, my hair is only a few inches long pulled straighted, but I plan on letting it grow past the foot long mark as I did two or three times before. I love my hair long. It's the only time I think I don't look like a retro-70's man. I keep wondering off, don't I? That, and being long winded. Forgive me.

I'll be twenty-three on the thirteen of June of next year, so everybody knows I already had my birthday quite a while back for this year and that I already graduated high school, correct? It took me a extra semster to do so, but I made it as every person should try. Graduating, I mean. Not staying the extra semster ... Yeah.

I hope I can get financial aid and have my application approved sometime for college. The Joe Kubert's School of Graphic Arts and Design is the one I'm aiming for, but may have to settle for local. At least, for now. But the Joe Kurburt school is a school that's totally directed at getting you a job in the comic book or animation world. I'm heading for comic books, babe! Most of their grads get a job at either Marvel (Spider-Man, X-Men), DC (Batman, Superman), Warner Brothers (parent company of DC), or Disney (Mickey, Donald). Anyone of those would be fine by me (except Disney), but it costs around $40,000 for three years of teaching. A bit much for schooling for a middle class person.

Because of this, I have a backup plan. According to the Slave Labor Graphics (Jhonen Vasquez) website, they're accepting sample work for new talent. You can go read for yourselves at at their 'Submission Guidelines' link under 'Features'. Of course, being a self-taught artist with little professional intervention (looking at comic books and the like), it's probably gonna be tough getting in, but I have high hopes.

As far as interests go, I enjoy chatting, chess, drawing, fan fiction, and several other things that has either slipped my mind or that will remain private. Music-wise, I have a selected few favorites out of different groups of different genres, but I'm mainly a hard rock fan. Bands like Godsmack, Kittie, Linkin Park, Marliyn Manson and Metallic are what I listen to the most. Then there's the 'scream' metal groups that I've grown fancy to. I've heard a couple of songs by the following inwhich I love, but I haven't heard enough to tell if I would like some of their other stuff - Adema, Cannibal Corpse, Clutch, Death, Deride, Dog Fashion Disco, Drowning Pool, Gandall, Gardenian, Hinge, Living Sacrifice, Lizzy Borden, Morbid Angel, Mudvanye, Napoem Death, Nothing Face, Otep, Pantera, Paradise Lost, Rainnstain, Six Feet Under, Static-X, System of a Down, Type O Negative. A big selection, huh?

I'm now deciding to quit wasting FF.Net's space with this long-winded bio of mine. I leave you all with a welcoming to e-mail me or instant message me on AIM any time. Just please don't make me chat with three or more people simultaneously. That's too much for this slow typer to handle. Till the next update, I fare all thee well.
