My name is ELV, and I'm a writer; but I don't just write here on fanfiction. I write everywhere, from long road trips to my hometown to the smalltown diner I work at. I write for a couple of reasons;
1) If I don't, my head will probably explode. I've tried to explain this to my parents hundreds of times but it's likely that only other writers will understand. 2) Writing a novel is almost like directing a movie. And since I can't really afford to make a movie (like I REALLY WANT TO), I write the shit out of those novels. 3) I write to inspire others. The best compliment you can give me isn't "This story is amazing!", even if hearing that inflates my ego a bit. The best compliment you can give me is, "Reading this story inspired me to write."

Things You Missed in the Ghost Hunt Novels/Manga: SPOILERS!
Volume 1 (novel):
Naru uses inches to measure land subsidence (the standard for measurement for both England and Japan is the metric system) and no one thinks it odd or calls him out on it.
Mai dies when she is crushed by that shoe rack. To quote, "Still, Miko-san cried for me when she realized I was no longer breathing, so I forgive her." Then Gene supposedly brings her back. This isn't mentioned again in the series.
Naru is not a morning person, though the short-story 'His Reality' would make you think so.
After the poltergeisting incident, Naru claims that he hates himself. Mai chalks this reaction up to the fact that he is upset that he was wrong (wounding his pride), but this isn't right. Naru hates himself for letting people get hurt. He takes full responsibility for their injuries.
Volume 12 (manga):
The scene where Naru is describing his relationship with Gene to Mai, there is a drawing to the twins standing back to back. If you look closely at this image, you will see that the boys are indeed holding hands. So cute!
The twin's birth mother died in the winter of 1992. Rather ironically, Gene is killed almost ten years later in the winter of 2001-2002.
(Since I always seem to forget to put these in my chapters, I'll put it here as a catch all.)
I do NOT own >Ghost Hunt, Twilight, insert-novel-here> . If I did I wouldn't be writing fanfiction. Well, actually, I think I would.
