I used to be theMouseintheOperaHouse, and then life happened and I needed a new penname to match the makeover going on offline. My faith is the rock that bolsters me and holds tight to me when all around me is raging sea. God has never let me down, or deserted me when things got tough. Twice murder has intruded into the whitewater of my life, but my Jesus holds me tight through all the storms life throws at me, and He will never leave me, forsake me, or let me go. He loves me so much He died for me and then walked right back out of that grave.

My Phantom of the Opera phic's backup files were deleted after I took the story down, and my Pirates of the Caribbean fic is completed. My creativity has found a huge outlet in my sewing machine, embroidery hoops, and my planner/"brain on paper". My writing tends to be of the "canon should have happened this way and there are no fanfics writing it the way I want it to go, so I'll just do it myself" variety.

Marvel: Bucky Barnes/Darcy Lewis, Bucky Barnes/OFC, Tony Stark/OFC, Tony Stark/Darcy Lewis, Fem!Toni/Bucky Barnes, Steve Rogers/OFC, Clint Barton/Darcy Lewis, Hulk/Darcy Lewis, I'm mainly reading these over on AO3 right now b/c I just discovered this fandom and haven't finished all of those stories yet, so I haven't started on FFN. Lemme tell ya, Fem!Toni Stark Marvel/Addams Family crossovers are awesome! Especially when they pair her with the Winter Soldier 3 "A Bit Macabre" by Whedonista93 and "The Components of Construction" by RayShippouUchiha are two series that have really good Marvel/Addams crossover stories on AO3.

GWTW: Rhett/Scarlett, where they are both a little more mature and able to have a civil conversation

P&P: Elizabeth/Mr. Darcy, Mr. Bennet/Aunt Gardiner (different Mrs. Bennet makes for a much more sensible group of girls!)

Persuasion/P&P/S&S: I tend to read a lot on the Dwiggie boards at Derbyshire Writers Guild, so go check that site out if you like Jane Austen :)

Twilight: Sam, Jasper, Carlisle, Paul, Marcus, or Aro with an OFC. I'll read them with Bella b/c she's the "main human character", but I really don't like Bella "Stare and Huff" Swan at all. I despise canon Edweird Sullen, and I don't like Jacob Black.

LOTR: Eomer/Lothiriel, Aragorn/Arwen, Legolas/OFC, Haldir/OFC (where Haldir doesn't die at Helm's Deep), Eowyn/Farmir; I'm getting into Thranduil/OFC fics since seeing The Hobbit :D Loving those "woke up in the novel" and "reading the novel" fics here too ;)

Star Trek: Kirk/OFC, Spock/OFC (preferably an empath b/c that's just an awesome idea ;))

S&S: Colonel Brandon/Marianne Dashwood, John Dashwood/Mrs. Palmer (her kindness would have offset his greediness); Edward and Elinor are awesome, but the whole book and all the movies focus so much more on them that they just aren't that interesting to me in fanfiction.

POTC: Elizabeth Swan/James Norrington (b/c he deserved to get the girl he wanted, even if she didn't deserve him :)

POTO: Christine Daae/Erik (based on Leroux, Webber, or Kay; Charles Dance's Phantom is a little creepy) Raoul is a FOP: Fool On Parade...his hair is prettier than most girls I know and he swishes and tosses it like a cheerleader!
