About me: Hey! I'm Amanda. I'm a red head University student in the United States, studying Japanese language and culture and writing as many stories as possible in my down time. I've been writing fanfics for years now, the fruits of my journey posted here. As you can see, the progression of my writing style is pretty much summed up on my page starting with the first couple I wrote when I was years younger. (i.e. see A Single White Feather or Afterglow) Otherwise, I recommend to check out some of my newer, more popular works on my profile!

I consider fanfiction as a wonderful way to build your style in writing. There are a few wonderful people who will help you build your skill by suggesting things to work on, and I can't say how much I appreciate the people who take the time to help me strengthen my talent. We're just here to have fun and enjoy our fandom, and what better way than through well-written stories that we all can enjoy?

Topic Interests: I have a wide variety of interests, spanning from a great many series of books to another expansive collection of anime, games, movies and shows. I don't solely focus on anything in particular, so expect something from the strangest of right fields. :D Currently, my fandoms of writing choice include Avatar: the Last Airbender (Taang, Zutara), Avatar: the Legend of Korra (Irosami), Inheritance Cycle (MurNas), and Avengers/Thor. My writing interests change all the time, so expect more from me from various fandoms!

Currently, my short-term goals include working diligently to finish Pömnuria Hjarta er Medh Ono and updating my chapter Irosami story, Deep.

Long term goals include finishing out Pömnuria Hjarta er Medh Ono (thank you so much for all the support!) and working through Deep (no, I haven't forgotten about it), editing some of the earlier chapters of Afterglow, and possibly returning to re-write or add a couple chapters to my older stories. I've gone and deleted a few, so if you're looking for one that you may have read a couple years ago and it's not there, I apologize. You can PM me for a copy if you're so desperate to read it, otherwise, they're gone for good.

My super long term goals include writing at least a one-shot for each of these fandoms: The Legend of Zelda, Inuyasha, Bleach (Most likely Ulquihime), Dragon Ball Z, Fullmetal Alchemist, Sherlock, How to Train Your Dragon, and several others.

A quick note about Afterglow: Even though it's my most popular work, it's the one that needs the most editing. I started writing the story when I was fourteen and my writing ability has grown tremendously since then. I'll eventually go back and bring it up to par, but for now it'll be a necessary stepping stool in my journey as a writer.

Transformative Works Policy: Interested in recording a podcast of one of my stories? Translating one of them into a different language? Drawing fanart? Or creating a video? Odds are, I'm just as interested! I totally support your interest in my work enough to add your own touch to it! The only thing I ask is that you message me about it first, because I totally want to know what you're up to.
