Update for Sunday April 23rd, 2017 @ 8:12AM
Good morning, everyone!
Tovath will have the next chapter of FWAW shortly, and once she takes a gander at it and tells me I'm not a failure, you'll have it as well. In the meantime, I've been working on Forcibly United and will eventually start debuting chapters once I push through to the end of the arc I began like... Years ago. I'm sorry. I'm a terrible, terrible tease.
On the bright side, I've been at this for over a decade now, so it's unlikely that I'll stop any time soon.
Loss Home & Redemption (Side Story/Rewrite): Functionally dead, but I may return to it one day.
Galaxy Police Cadet Scramble: Still kicking, and about a third of the way done at this point. When it starts updating again, it's likely because I've finished it.
Ripples of a Chaotic Pebble: Not dead, but in need of a good re-plotting before I can continue.
Echoes of the Past: Same as Ripples.
Crimson Eyes of a Feral Protector: On hold for now, until I finish up at least one older story.
Forcibly United: Active, or at least as active as I get.
The Perfection of Despair: Functionally random. Probably finish it whenever I replay DR before starting SDR.
For Want of a War: Active, or at least as active as I get.

At this point, I feel the need to preface this with one thing: I have read Spying No Jutsu. It is one of my favourite stories. The fact that that, and only that story has been repeated to me in PMs and unrelated reviews says just how sad and pathetic the humour section of the Naruto stories is. Let me say that the previous statement was, in no way, meant to put down Spying No Jutsu in any way, shape or form. It is a fantastic story. However the fact that that is the only story that comes to the mind of dozens of people when you think humour in a sea of 66,731 stories is more commentary on the quality of Naruto fanfiction than any amount of essays or whatever that I could write.
On a whim, I decided I was in the mood for a funny, completed Naruto story which was at least 100,000 words long. I wasn't being terribly picky. I didn't want to read about Original Character romances that were "funny", or Alternate Universe situations, or about boy-on-boy pairings. I thought I would have an easy time finding something to read given the boggling volume of Naruto stories. I thought wrong. Follow me on my journey into madness as I take a look at every Naruto story labeled humor on fanfiction.net, and cry with me as I fail to find the funny.
