Poll: So I'm just asking this for funsies... would you want to see me novelize games other than Pokemon (like, say, Paper Mario)? Vote Now!
Author has written 31 stories for Kingdom Hearts, Inuyasha, Super Smash Brothers, Spring Awakening, Pokémon, Vocaloid, Homestuck, and World Ends With You.
I'm doing a major overhaul. Some of my older stories will be deleted, and I will restart my Platinum novelization (for the fourth time), because roleplaying as Lucas has given me so many ideas for it. That will be the only project I work on if I ever find myself on this site. I'm sorry, but XIII Pokemon (and anything related to it) is officially discontinued.
And I might make random one shots/fifty sentence ficlets. At any time. Just a warning.
Today, writers are scorned because of those too unversed to know.
Disdained, because of the those too ignorant to believe.
But we, as writers, know them to be wrong.
A writer is a person who dreams.
A person who expresses.
I am a writer.
I dream of a world where anything is possible.
I express myself in ways others dare not try.
If you are a writer, and believe in these, copy and paste this onto your profile and add your pen name underneath "Signed,"
(I swore off copy/paste stuff, but this was just too awesome to resist.)
THE MAIN GAME NUZLOCKE RUN IS COMPLETE IN-GAME!
BUT HERE ARE THE RULES I FOLLOWED FOR SNAKE EYES (FOR REFERENCE)!
1.) I must attempt to capture the first Pokemon I see in a new area - excluding repeats of Pokemon that are still alive. Shinies are fair game.
2.) I must nickname all my Pokemon. (I do that anyway, so no harm there.)
3.) Any Pokemon that faints is to be considered dead (unless in Rival/N/Trainer battles - see twists).
1.) Again, the dupes clause is on. That’s because I get easily annoyed, and - knowing my luck - I’ll probably just encounter the same Pokemon over and over again. :/
2.) Pokemon that are gifted (example; the monkey Pokemon you get in the Dreamyard) don’t count in the first-encounter rule. So I can still catch something in that location.
3.) Simply for the sake of the story, the N battles and the Bianca battles don’t count as deaths, no matter what. However, with every other battle (Trainer, Gym Leader, League, Cheren, etc), I have to flip a coin every time someone faints. If it's heads, I count them as alive: they can’t be revived for the rest of the battle, but I can still use them afterwards. However, if they faint in the wild, they're dead.
4.) In-game trades are legal, but only if the Pokemon I’m trading away was a first encounter in its territory.
