Author has written 7 stories for Twilight, Merlin, and Person of Interest.
My educational background is a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, and I now work as a Process Engineer/Director of R & D in the pharmaceutical area. My accomplishments in this are something I'm very proud of as it took lots of hard work, dedication, and patience to get where I am now.
I'm a shy, introverted person in real life, and reading and writing are my hidden passions. I'm also an accomplished musician and have teaching level qualifications in flute. Music often plays a big role in inspiring my writing.
Mistaken Trust is my first attempt at writing any kind of fiction, and I can't thank my readers enough for all your kind words and support. The subject matter is not an easy one and hits very close to home for me. Without you, the story wouldn’t exist past the first few chapters. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I tend to be an emotional/angsty writer, but always with the HEA!
General fandom notes:I’m a stickler for canon and staying true to the original stories/characters. I don’t usually go for much deviation. I’m also not one for the slash. I can see where people are coming from in the POI & Merlin fanbase, but it’s just not my cup of tea. I prefer the friendship/bromance route.
Note about reviews: I cherish each and every one of them. Interacting with my readers is so important to me, and I do my very best to answer them all, but I'm often slow at responding, so give me time. If you submit an anonymous review or have your PM disabled, I am unable to respond, but know that I read and appreciate them all just the same.

Mar 1, 2015 - Nope. Still have not given up on MT. Nor will I.
Mar 30, 2014 - You guys are making me tear up with your reviews/messages. I love you all and I truly am sorry about the time between updates. I could not even begin to explain why it keeps taking me so long to write a chapter of MT. Not sure I even understand it myself. Just know that my Jan 4th post below still stands. I will NOT give up on this story, even if it takes me 10 years to finish...
Jan 9, 2014 - I just discovered MT was nominated at the 2014 Fandom Choice Awards for Best Edward. Thank you so much to whoever nominated me.
Jan 4, 2014 - No, I have not abandoned MT, nor will I. I'm sorry, it's just slow going. But I'm working on it. Thank you to those of you that still care about this story. Words cannot express how much it means to me.
Jan 2014 - Nominated at the 2014

I do plan to write more when I finish writing Mistaken Trust. I already have an idea for another Edward/Bella fic, but I probably won't start it until I finish with MT because I'd really like to focus everything on one story at a time (one-shots notwithstanding).
I'm 100 percent team Edward, so my stories will most likely all be Edward/Bella. I do read the occasional AU-Human story, but they aren't usually my preference and I don't see myself writing any. I prefer to stick to canon and/or AU, while keeping the characters we all know and love in character. Especially Edward, because Edward just wouldn't be Edward if he wasn't in character, would he now? :)
Despite the horrible ending (in my opinion), I love this fandom. There is every possibility that I will write more Merlin fic, but they will probably just be the odd one-shot here and there. For anyone else who hated the ending to the series as much as I did, this person has detailed my feelings exactly:
PERSON OF INTEREST
Reese is my favourite character by far.
Reese & Finch will always be the heart of the show for me.
"Fanfiction is like a story that never has to end. It’s the neverending story. No suffering ‘book-hangover’ after you reach the end of a story, no having to say goodbye to those characters you’ve come to love so very much. Instead, with just a click and a scroll, here they are again, alive and well. Off to a new adventure, telling their love story with a different spin, ideas and conflicts and universes you may never have imagined. Available for you dive in, to laugh and swoon and cry, to lose yourself all over again, ad infinitum. That’s why I love fanfiction."
