Twenty one years ago, at the exact moment the Decimation occurred, thirty super-powered children appeared from nowhere, all across the world. Seven such children were adopted by a mysterious benefactor, Mr Thorne, and raised in isolation as a family, a team of heroes, a group of vigilantes. After his disappearance, they all went their own way. Now they must reunite to fight a new threat - which may be one of their own.
