Author has written 4 stories for We Will Rock You, Person of Interest, Dark Crystal, and Star Wars. Where to begin, where to begin... Living in a room, something-years-old, went to college, has a job. Theatre student, Media degree, all that fun stuff. I don’t claim to know how to write. (Spoilers: I don’t...) My style is constantly changing, it depends on the story. My improvements are my own. I like to write those long, character-driven stories, especially in worlds where a lot of already established people and places exist. Currently writing for: Star Wars, Person of Interest and The Dark Crystal. So not only do I have a lot to work with, but can add my own flavour by populating it with OCs, new locations etc without breaking from the mold too much. No detail or minor character is too small, I will literally include it all. And for some reason I ain't that popular. So go figure on that one. There will be cringe, and some questionable decisions. I do like to see things through to the end, but it’s not a written rule. My interests come and go. Anyway, enjoy what I have to offer, and the best of luck. With love, Alongusername. ”I think there are two types of writers, the architects and the gardeners. The architects plan everything ahead of time, like an architect building a house. They know how many rooms are going to be in the house, what kind of roof they're going to have, where the wires are going to run, what kind of plumbing there's going to be. They have the whole thing designed and blueprinted out before they even nail the first board up. The gardeners dig a hole, drop in a seed and water it. They kind of know what seed it is, they know if they’ve planted a fantasy seed or mystery seed or whatever. But as the plant comes up and they water it, they don't know how many branches it's going to have, they find out as it grows. And I'm much more a gardener than an architect.” - George RR Martin. |
