Author has written 1 story for King Kong.

There's not really much to tell.

My name is Megan, I go to school in Jacksonville State which is located in Alabama. I love art, movies, and writing. I have a dog, name D.O.G., who is a husky/malamute mix. He's my heart and soul :)

My current major is Art, but I might take on a minor in History. I've been considering doing a dual enrollment with Social Work.

I love to write, but I tend to be a perfectionist. This is the first time I've actually publicly posted my story(s)! Yay! I like reviews! They make me smile...at least when they're good. But criticism is appreciated, as well. I mean, how else am I to improve?

If we were going to discuss books, movies, etc., I could talk for hours. I love to read and to watch movies. I think my favorite is King Kong (1933), but the 2005 version definately is in my top three. I also love the film, What Dreams May Come with Robin Williams. A true tear-jerker. In terms of reading material, I'm torn between The Divine Comedy, by Dante Aligheri, Heart of Darkness, by Joseph Conradand His Dark Materials series, by Phillip Pullman. I also loved Hank the Cowdog, Rats of NIHM, The Dresden Files, Nights in Rodanthe, Harry Potter series, The Lord of the Ring, King Solomon's Mines, ALL of Shakespeare's works (especially Hamlet), all of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's writings (all of the Sherlock Holmes tales, especially the Hound of the Baskervilles and The Lost World), practically all of Jane Austen's works (Sense and Sensibility and Pride and Prejudice), Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre, Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights, 1984, The Handmaid's Tale, Beowulf, the Iliad and the Odyssey... the list goes on and on.

There's various television shows I am fond of as well...

-West Wing, Supernatural, Gilmore Girls, House M.D., Lost, Bones, Grey's Anatomy, and much more.

Famous quotes: (I'm a quote fanatic)

A civilized society is one which tolerates eccentricity to the point of doubtful sanity. - Robert Frost

All I have seen teaches me to trust the creator for all I have not seen. -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Do I contradict myself? Very well, then I contradict myself, I am large, I contain multitudes. -Walt Whitman

I'll add more as time goes on.

I could add more, but I'm one of those people you just take time to learn about. If you have any questions, feel free to write me! Also, I have a facebook profile as well as a myspace profile. If you wish, I will be more than happy to add you. Just let me know!

For the survivors of the Venture, Skull Island was a world better left forgotten. Most struggle to move on from the nightmares, some seek to profit from its discovery. Yet this tale is far from over. Something far darker waits for them. A secret world of shadows and secrecy that lies beyond that treacherous isle. Eventual Englehorn/OC, Ann/Jack, maybe other OC pairings.
