If you've decided to read this, thank you ...
I used to write Star Trek stories ... you know ... "Kirk and Company". It was waaay before the internet. You had to do everything in hard copy and mail it in ... so eventually I gave it a rest. Nothing from 1993 to 2004.
Then David Shore gave us HOUSE. (And I said "Wow"!) My thirst for writing woke up again. I couldn't resist that sexy limp, and I began to feel an awe of epic proportions for Hugh Laurie, an actor I'd never heard of before HOUSE. Now I admire and respect him because he brings a touch of class to everything he does. So I hit the ol' keyboard again. The fact that the series has slipped into history matters not. He and his contemporaries will live forever, at least in my head and heart.
Since I'm an old broad now, I've edited my way of spelling "Gregg", and he shall be henceforth spoken of as "Greg". My stories are still a tribute to DS & Co., (the-powers-that-were) along with a continuing thank you for the sexiest and most provocative character since Mr. Spock. The main drive to my writing is this: I can't let them die. I just can't! No more HOUSE stories on this site would break my heart. When the series ended, I felt like I'd just lost a member of my family ... and so I guess I'll keep bringing him back 'til the day I die. Can't help it.
If you review, that's good. I'll give you a reply and a thank you. Your remarks always encourage me to keep improving my technique. Last, I have made some valuable friends through this sweet hobby, and I am grateful for that, because I would not have found these fellow HOUSE Fans any other way, and that's kind of fantastic. Thanks.
