2/14/2012: All my stuff from the last few years is up at Archive of Our Own now. When we can once again include links in our profiles, I'll update with a direct link, but for now you can just search under the name Lirazel and that should lead you to my fiction. I won't be updating here again. Thanks for all the kind words--I still do read the reviews even though I almost never log in here.
I collect new fandoms at a ridiculous rate.
My philosophy on life is simple: I love anything that is good, beautiful, and true, and I fight against anything that isn't.
"It’s like in the great stories. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were. And sometimes you didn’t want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, it’s only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something, even if you were too small to understand why."
- Samwise Gamgee, The Two Towers film
I'm rather addicted to adding favorite stories to my "favorites" list. I just can't help but share (besides, if I don't do that, I can't reread later, because I tend to forget names and authors). So yeah, there's way too many of them, but every single one of them are worth reading. So if you have free time (yeah, right; what's that?), take a bit and peruse. You won't regret it.
