Author has written 76 stories for Beyblade.
Oh wow, I haven't done anything to this for a year and seven months. That ... says a lot.
For people who already follow me or my fics:
I am so sorry for basically deserting them all. I am back in the fandom now, but unfortunately you can probably consider all my current uncompleted fics as permanently discontinued. It's possible that I might update Manipulation if inspiration strikes, but don't hope.
For new people:
Hi! I'm 22, British, and doing a taught Masters in an area that's so niche you could probably locate me from it, so I won't tell you more than it's a humanities subject.
I've been writing fanfic since October 2004. Sometimes it feels like I sank into writer's block in 2007 and never really emerged again, but I'm working on that.
My favourite characters are Kai and Max; this may become evident in future fics even more than it is now. I write yaoi, het and yuri and at last count have well over twenty pairs of characters (it used to be more!) whom I can see as more than friends, so I won't inflict that list on you unless you ask!
Pairings aside, the most likely output you'll see from me nowadays is the oneshot. Angsty, romantic, angstily romantic ... yeah, generally anything around those two! My OTP is Kai/Ray, though you wouldn't believe it if you looked at all my fics (see above comment of huge numbers of ships). I'm planning on rewatching all three seasons, so expect a lot of exploration of headcanon and character studies related to specific episodes (see Hypnogogia as an example).
My writing - progression

In the year and seven months that I haven't edited this profile, during which I have been largely inactive, eleven people have added me to their favourites list and nine to their alerts. THANK YOU SO MUCH! It's continued interest like that which encouraged me to return to Beyblade fanfiction.
Squishy & Stormy's Stages of Writer's Block
Stage 1: I have no ideas.
Stage 2: I have ideas, but they won't go on screen/look shit when they do.
Stage 3: I have ideas and if I could be bothered to try, I'm sure they would transfer easily to screen ...
Stage 4: I have ideas and they are going on screen successfully!
Stage 5: I didn't tell myself to write this. Wtf? What am I writing? Who's writing this? This is great! I'm just going to to hide at the end of my arms and hope I don't frighten it away.
Stage 6: I had way too much to drink last night and… that’s bloody amazing! Who wrote all that? Did I write all that? I don’t even remember writhing that! Why can't I write like that sober?
I am the girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian.
Anyways, I’m off now. Enjoy reading, my mutant goat-frogs.
