Author has written 6 stories for Kim Possible.
I am retired from the Army, and a practicioner of the Dismal Science, currently a self employed consultant (a fancy name for someone not qualified for unemployment but without a regular paycheck).
I write in the Kim Possible universe because I like the characters and there is enough wierdness to hold my interest. Ron Stoppable and I likely share a common ancestor, a gentleman by the name of John Howland. In 1620 he distinguished himself by falling overboard from the good ship Mayflower in a relative calm. John saved himself by clinging to a halyard, screaming in sheer terror until the ship's crew could pull him back aboard. He went on to marry, producing 10 children and 88 grandchildren. With that many branches of the family tree and Ron's inate clumsiness odds are good we are related.
I enjoy fiction with unlikely heroes and twists of the improbable. Authors whose work I read most often these days include Robert Asprin, Terry Brooks, Lois McMaster Bujold, Tom Clancy, Andrew Greeley, Robert Ludlum, Eric Van Lustbader, Terry Pratchett, Lawrence Saunders, and Rex Stout. I also enjoy Star Wars and Star Trek novels by various authors. In my younger days I read a lot of Edgar Rice Burroughs, Robert Heinlein and Robert E. Howard. And of course no military library is complete without the works of Clausewicz and Sun Tsu.
