Author has written 1 story for Legend of Zelda.
Well, it's been a long time since I've been here. 6 months, almost, which is not the greatest of realisations. Even worse, I'm afraid, is that I am going to be discontinuing Majora's Mask: The True Story. All of my flaws and lack of skill is all too clear for me to see when reading back and I just wouldn't feel comfortable continuing with the previous chapters of that lesser a quality. I'm also too lazy to go back and re-wright all the old chapters as well which helped me make my decision to stop writing this.
Fear not, though, for I plan to keep writing. I want to try something original so I'll be aiming to write a series of short stories and experiment with all sorts of style and setting in the hopes of improving all the more and giving everyone out there something wonderful to read. On that note, I'm not going to be looking or asking for a beta-reader this time around as I found that a bit disheartening to hear so much criticism at one time so hopefully I will work better at my own pace (as slow as it is) and work my way up that way. I'm still widely open to any thoughts and comments any of you might have, however, as it's the little things that make for the bigger changes. A lack of pre-written plot means I'll, in part, be writing things on the fly so any particularly good or interesting comments may persuade me to change what plans I had and go with theirs for the better finish. Who knows.
Anyway, I just wanted to put this here as having it in writing may make me get off my ass more than simply telling myself that every 5 minutes. Until I come up with my own catchphrase or quote, I'll write you all soon.
