![]() Author has written 22 stories for Inuyasha, Majin Tantei Nōgami Neuro, Avengers, Get Backers, Rurouni Kenshin, Danny Phantom, Gintama, Yu-Gi-Oh, Hazbin Hotel, and Kuroshitsuji. If you're here to sell me your "art," leave. Do not solicit. I'm not and never will be interested in it, because I can just make my own. Take your copy-paste form letters and scram, scammers. Current number of AI solicitors told to eat dirt: 30 About the Author: Born on the planet called Earth by its inhabitants in the era of "the nineties", Sorcerousfang (SF) appears to be a female in their 20s (though we have been told that she is actually in her 30s, and resents being mistaken for a child). She has many hobbies, which include staring blankly at a computer screen while claiming that they will write today, and playing entertainment known as video games when an hour or two has passed and a minimal number of words have been added to the document of their latest story. Her appearance is listed as "average" and "short" by the standards of the species. This designation does not bother her, apparently. She is aware she is being observed, and wishes to inform our readers of the following: Plot bunnies live and breed in her head. She gets distracted by new ideas She sometimes realizes that she's written something terrible years after the fact and it disappears, and sometimes starts new things before being fully prepared to finish them. She will be a horrible updater, but she joined a writer's group, so she might be a little more consistent in the future. The following are story ideas they may write one day, if they can actually get to writing. We also provide notes she has written to us about these ideas in bold. The Dreamer: "Because you are an Exorcist," she was told, and subsequently led to the Black Order by a dream catcher with a voice. Destiny has an earthy laugh and loves to play tricks it calls games. Maka follows it anyway. (D. Gray-man) -- I'm playing with a different writing style for this now, partially out of laziness, mostly out of the 'what if a story was written like this' kind of curiosity. It's going to make this long with many short chapters, but at least it will be updated regularly (once I get everything written out - it needs major editing because I started it years ago and that means its not very good). Untitled: Mai always knew to trust her gut. That feeling she should never ignore just because she knew she wasn't wrong. But sometimes she can't bring herself not to trust Naru's instinct, and this time happened to be one of them. Next time she thinks a house shouldn't be entered, she will insist upon that, and Naru...well, he'll probably listen. (Ghost Hunt) -- This is one of several ideas for Ghost Hunt now hopping around on my head. One of them will show up. This One Is ALSO Untitled: Yako is forced to evolve when a case suddenly grinds to a halt, and the demon usually responsible for clearing up those jams is the reason for the problem in the first place. Without Neuro to guide her, Yako must solve this mystery on her own before her demonic counterpart is lost to her forever. (Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro) -- Because Neuro is all sorts of fun. I've never attempted a mystery, however, so this one needs a lot of work before I can even think about publishing it. Priorities Section Chief Misaki Kirihara decides to make a really stupid decision she knows she's going to regret in the morning. Her duties as a police officer should come second to none, but when it comes to BK201, important matters like civic responsibility quickly find places to hide. Her priorities will straighten themselves out in the morning; until then, a certain wounded contractor needs some help. Especially since this whole situation is kind of her fault. (Darker Than Black) -- This is an old idea that came up way back with I first watched the series, and now that I have a few years more experience, it's rearing its head again. The relationship between Li and Misaki and Hei and Misaki is a wonderful thing to explore while it's still a separate notion to her, and I want to play with and push it. Because honestly, they are both characters that act on their emotions, and I totally see this happening. Titles Still Aren't My Thing: A rogue natural portal lands Danny and several classmates in the Ghost Zone. Danny is going to have to get really creative if he wants to get out of this without exposing his secret, but in the meantime, they can at least finish their English project. (Danny Phantom) -- Because who doesn't want to write a 'trapped in the GZ with classmates' story? Don't plan on making it a reveal, but I still have a bit to work out and I want to finish other projects first. The Guest of Year Three (working title): When Sirius Black escapes Azkaban, Dumbledore figures it wouldn't hurt to invest in some additional protection for the students of Hogwarts. It helps that the thousand-year-old Japanese youkai has an obligation to a new first year. (Harry Potter/Inuyasha crossover) -- This started as just a little blurb where Sesshomaru encounters Sirius Black in his dog form and is amused and intrigued by humans with magic, and now it's suddenly evolved into Sesshomaru intruding on the events of Prisoner of Azkaban because Dumbledore just loves to manipulate what resources he can. I'll be reading the book again before I totally tackle this. There is also apparently ideas for the following series: Hazbin Hotel, Natsume's Book of Friends, Devil May Cry, and Supernatural. Lastly, SF provides us with updates periodically. 2-13-25 -- I've been a bit slow on writing, so those of you checking in here for updates on part 2 of my Hazbin Hotel story are going to be waiting a bit longer. Realistically, it won't post until the summer. I really want to update Beautiful Moon first, and I do have most of that plotted out. It's a matter of making is sound good that I'm currently struggling with. Teaching (particularly elementary kids because I changed jobs, lol) can be particularly draining for me, so I'm only writing about once a week right now. 10-17-24 -- So, Hazbin Hotel took over my life, and now "I Don't Care (But I'm Here)" is a thing, so there's that. I'll get back to Beautiful Moon after November, because I'm also writing a novel (somehow). Also, hi. It's been 4 years since I updated this. Not dead yet. 6-6-20 -- Oof, it's been a while. Beautiful Moon is under revision before it gets its update. I'm aiming for the end of June for that. It's been 4 years since the last major revision and a lot has changed in the way I write (also, trying to update something I haven't touched in two years had me rereading, and then I found two many things I felt like I could rework, and it was all downhill from there). |
