The Castle of Arden: BBC's Merlin. Merlin is captured and taken to the Castle of Arden, a stronghold of sorcerers that has been an enemy of all Albion since the days of the Purge. It is famous for capturing people without magic and enslaving them. Concerned about Merlin's fate, Arthur leads a group of knights to infiltrate Arden and rescue Merlin. However, escape is much more difficult than Arthur anticipated. But that is not the only surprise the Castle holds for Arthur. Arthur's POV. Whump!Arthur. BAMF!Merlin. Rated M for blood and gore.
