![]() Lindsay Hofford has a combined professional hockey and business experience of more than 30 years. He founded and runs Pro Hockey Development Group, which was founded in 1992. Pro Hockey Development is a hockey development company that works with athletes of all ages. Founder of NASHA Sports Insurance Company, as well as Highlight Sports Inc. and Bahama Ice Corp. He has also worked as the Director of Hockey at the Hill Academy in Vaughan, Ontario. From 2010 to 2015, he was the Director of Amateur Scouting for the London Knights, then the Toronto Maple Leafs from 2015 to 2019, and most recently, the Arizona Coyotes' Assistant General Manager. Hofford also coached for the London Knights and Lethbridge Hurricanes in the CHL for six years. Hofford has played, trained, or drafted over 200 current or past NHL players, including Rick Nash, Brent Seabrook, Austin Matthews, Corey Perry, and Mitch Marner. Hofford has won championships at every level of hockey, including the AHL, OHL, CHL, CJHL, and Minor Hockey. He has a background in coaching, scouting, management, and player development. Hofford earned his bachelor's degrees in political science and sociology from the University of Guelph. Lindsay Hofford made the transition from coaching young hockey to the Jr. Ranks. I started coaching professionally with the Ontario Hockey League's London Knights (OHL). I coached for three years before heading to Lethbridge, Alberta, to coach in the Western Hockey League (WHL). |
